Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Terms of Use

Contractual ground rules for enterprises entering the CITCE dispute remediation and ledger reconciliation pipeline — capability-based, pre-affiliation phase.

Scope of service

CITCE provides a technical utility for B2B ledger synchronization, variance detection, and structured out-of-court remediation workflows. Use of ADR features requires enterprise consent, accurate ledger submissions, and compliance with chamber-compatible governance routines applicable to your jurisdiction.

Safe Harbor framework (passive profiles)

Unregistered counterparties tracked as passive profiles receive a strict 30-day Safe Harbor window to review billing variances surfaced through member-uploaded ledger evidence before network-level risk flags propagate to interconnected manufacturing hubs.

  • Notices reference capability sandbox portals — not un-signed third-party institutional branches.
  • Passive entities are never provisioned auth credentials without explicit onboarding.
  • Escalation beyond Safe Harbor requires documented variance persistence and member consent audit trails.

Statutory alignment clause

All out-of-court remediation paths are structurally architected to align with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India), specifically preparing the ground for Section 30 Consent Awards once local operational clearance is granted by the relevant chamber or enterprise governance committee. CITCE does not itself act as a court or statutory arbitrator; it provides workflow, evidence, and documentation infrastructure.

Structured session caps

Local case frameworks enforce programmatic caps limiting resolution pathways to a maximum of four structured sessions unless extended by mutual written agreement of the parties and applicable chamber policy.

Limitations & independence

CITCE Technologies is an independent software utility. References to chamber mediation frameworks or industry operating guidelines describe technical compatibility, not exclusive partnership, agency, or joint venture unless executed under separate written agreement.

Enterprises remain responsible for tax, regulatory, and licensing compliance in their respective jurisdictions. CITCE outputs are decision-support artifacts subject to professional legal review.
